“Circumvertical lift and AFT (fat transfer 240cc) following mastopexy (breast lift) and breast augmentation. This 25-year old female patient underwent breast lift and augmentation surgery after her consulation with Dr. Tehrani to give her sagging breasts a lift as well as to give them fullness and a more rounded appearance. She received fat transfers to her breasts (no implants), and had water-assisted liposuction to sculpt her abdomenal area and flanks. As a result of the breast surgery, her bra size went from a C cup to a D cup.
