Breast Reduction - Patient 37328 BEFORE & AFTER

Breast Reduction. Our 39-year old female patient with 2 kids wasn’t happy with the shape and sagging appearance of her breasts. During her consultation with Dr. Tehrani, he recommended undergoing a Bilateral Wise Breast Reduction with an internal GalaFLEX 3D Bra Mesh. This internal bra is made from a mesh material called GalaFLEX which is placed inside the breast tissue as an internal bra support. The surgical procedure helps reshape and modify the breasts’ appearance and uplifts them. Following the surgery, the patient’s breasts were uplifted, with smaller nipples and better cleavage. Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and became Chief Resident in General Surgery during his residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Tehrani holds the academic position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps.
