Bilateral Vertical Mastopexy (aka Breast Lift with Submuscular Augmentation). Our 37-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat for a consultation with Dr. Tehrani disappointed with the loss of volume in her breasts due to childbirth. The patient had two children, and prior to her procedure had given birth to her second child. After deciding that she didn’t want to have anymore children, she wanted to regain a fuller and shaplier appearance. Dr. Tehrani recommended her to undergo a breast lift with submuscular augmentation using 440cc profile silicone implants, which involves surgically placing the implants underneath the chest muscles. The anatomical implants are made to enhance the size and shape of the breasts. Following her procedure and successful post-operative recovery, Dr. Tehrani recommended the use of Biocorneum, a highly effective scar cream. Dr. Tehrani has many years of experience providing women with successful anatomical breast implant surgeries. His techniques assure you of longlasting implants.
