Endermologie
Endermologie is a treatment that helps to reduce water retention and inflammation. It’s a popular treatment for our post-operative patients. Not only does it help with water retention and inflammation, this massage-based treatment also helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite and tones the skin without any invasive surgery. Using a hand-help massage roller, our licensed medical massage therapist will manually roll the head over the desired areas. While kneading the skin, the massage roller sucks up the skin along with soft tissue. The manipulation of the skin increases blood flow, pulls excess water from the body and helps to increase circulation.read more
Is Endermologie Right For You?
Endermologie is suitable for a wide range of people. We typically recommend endermologie treatments for almost all of our post-operative patients, specifically those who have undergone liposuction surgery. Generally, pregnant women and individuals who take blood thinning medications, particularly those with hypertension, should not undergo the endermologie treatment. We recommend consulting with your physician before undergoing an endermologie treatment.
The Endermologie Treatment
Endermologie stimulates dormant cells by using a patented roller and pulsation technology. The rollers and suction system manually stimulates fat cells for deep tissue mobilization, improving lymphatic circulation. As the tissues loosen up, the clumps of fat cells slowly break apart, releasing the tight area and smoothing out the skin. The endermologie sessions are non-invasive, and do not hurt. Many people find it to be a relaxing treatment. A single session takes anywhere from a half hour to an hour, and it is recommended that you book at least 6-10 sessions to see the best results.
Benefits of Endermologie
Endermologie encourages your body to drain excess fluids, which reduces swelling and inflammation and speeds up liposuction recovery time. If patients have undergone liposuction, endermologie will help to tighten and firm the skin, while also reducing cellulite. These benefits alone, make endermologie an excellent post-operative treatment. It can also improve the results of other skin or body treatments, and make the skin look smoother. Endermologie offers other potential benefits too, including the ability to relieve muscle aches and pains, along with
