Ultherapy
Not a facelift, but an uplift, Ultherapy is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that utilizes focused ultrasound energy to lift and tighten the skin naturally. It gradually strengthens and tones your skin from deep within. Ultherapy stimulates collagen production deep within the skin, improving the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging areas on the face, neck, and décolletage. The treatment is safe and FDA-approved, providing noticeable results without surgery or downtime. The benefit? Tighter, firmer, better-fitting skin!read more
Is Ultherapy Right For You?
Ultherapy is a non-surgical face treatment that actually lifts and tones loose or sagging skin without any downtime. It can specifically target the deep foundation below the skin – typically addressed in cosmetic surgery – without cutting or disrupting the surface of the skin. It also is the only procedure to use ultrasound imaging, which allows us to see the layers of tissue we target during the treatment and ensure the energy is deposited precisely where it will be most effective.
This FDA-approved technique also stimulates your body to produce more collagen for months of gradual improvement. Collagen is a natural protein that gives skin its youthfulness by keeping it firmed, toned, and elastic. As we age, collagen loses its elasticity and its ability to stand up to the effects of gravity that pull the skin downward. Ultherapy jumpstarts a repair process that produces fresh, new collagen.

Who Is A Candidate for Ultherapy?
A good candidate for an Ultherapy cosmetic treatment is typically an individual seeking non-invasive skin rejuvenation and tightening. Ideal candidates are between the ages of 30 and 60, experiencing mild to moderate skin laxity on the face, neck, or décolletage. They should be in generally good health, have realistic expectations about the results, and prefer a procedure with minimal downtime.
Ultherapy is particularly suitable for those looking to stimulate collagen production and achieve natural-looking improvements in skin tone and texture without the need for surgery or injections. Consulting with a qualified dermatologist or board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Kevin Tehrani can determine if Ultherapy is the right option for your specific cosmetic goals.

The Ultherapy Treatment
If you have ever had an ultrasound, you know that there is no penetration of the skin, and it is painless. The treatment takes 30 minutes or less, and results can usually be achieved in one or two treatments. Individual results may vary.
Ultherapy is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that employs focused ultrasound technology to lift and tighten the skin on the face, neck, and chest. During the treatment, an Aristocrat medical esthetician applies ultrasound gel to the targeted area and places the handheld Ultherapy device over it. The device emits precise ultrasound waves that penetrate the skin's deep layers, stimulating collagen production and tightening underlying tissues.
The procedure usually takes around 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the treatment area's size. Patients may experience mild discomfort, and we can provide numbing of the treatment area or medication to take beforehand in order to ease discomfort.
No downtime is required, making Ultherapy an attractive option for those seeking natural-looking skin rejuvenation without surgery.
