Armlift. Our 26-year old female patient underwent a laser-assisted liposuction of the arms. Laser-assisted liposuction is a cosmetic surgery procedure designed to lean out and reshape troublesome parts of the body, such as the midsection or arms. Dr. Therani removed excess deposits of fatty tissue from beneath the patient’s skin, improving the contours of her arms and their physical proportions. Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and became Chief Resident in General Surgery during his residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Tehrani holds the academic position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps.
