This 42-year old patient underwent laser-assisted liposuction of the face, abdoment, flanks, back, medial and lateral thighs, and an autologous fat transfer to the buttocks for a Brazillian buttocks lift (BBL). After having children, our patient was having difficulties losing the extra fat, specifically from her back, love handles, and thighs. She was also looking for a rounder bottom, which she felt was very square-shaped. After her discussion with Dr. Tehrani, she decided to move forward with the transfer of her own body fat to her buttocks.
