This 37-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat unhappy with the look of her sagging breasts. To achieve a more voluptuous appearance, she underwent a submuscular breast augmentation using 400 to 450cc saline implants inflamed to 420cc. She returned to Aristocrat 5 years later for a breast lift and nipple reconstruction to give her the look she wanted.
