Breast Augmentation - Patient 32211 BEFORE & AFTER
Procedure Description
Our 19-year-old patient underwent a trans-umbilical breast augmentation and recovery with Natrelle saline smooth round implants, moderate profile, placed through an incision in the submuscular position under general anesthesia. A trans-umbilical breast augmentation (also known as a TUBA) is when the saline implant goes in through the belly button and up to the breast. Some patients prefer a TUBA surgery because there’s no visible scar. Our patient was looking to increase her breast size from an A-cup to a large B, small c-cup. She desired to have a natural look as a result of the surgery. After a 90-minute procedure, the patient was excited with the look of her new perky breasts—without any visible scar. Nowhere is Dr. Kevin Tehrani’s reputation as one of New York City’s best plastic surgeons more evident.
