Our 23-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat looking for a solution to the asymmetry of her breasts. From her one-on-one consultation with Dr. Tehrani, his recommendation was for her to undergo a breast augmentation procedure, using cohesive-shaped silicone implants in two different sizes (560cc and 650cc). Both implants were inserted in a subgladular postion, through an inframammary incision, which is an incision made in the breast fold. It is a common procedure because it allows for better accuracy in placement of the implants. The patient tolerated the procedure well, and is very happy with the improved shape and fullness of her breasts.
