Breast Augmentation - Patient BEFORE & AFTER

This 47-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat looking to increase and enhance the size and appearance of her breasts. From her relaxed, thorough consultation and discussion with Dr. Tehrani, she was able to express her concerns and goals. Based on her consultation, Dr. Tehrani recommended that she undergo a breast augmentaton procedure that could help restore a more youthful appearance to her breasts.



With her petite figure, a breast augmentation could help achieve several goals that our patient was concerned about, including enlarging her small breasts, improving their symmetry, and correcting their misshapen appearance. Breast augmentation has provided many women with increased self-confidence, better figure proportion, and an improved body image. Her procedure involved inserting anatomical implants filled with 380cc of saline solution.



Anatomical implants are contoured rather than round, and are fuller on the bottom and less full on the top like the shape of the natural breast. As a result of our patient’s breast augmentation surgery, her figure has a more balanced look, and her results look more natural and beautiful.



Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and currently holds the academic position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
