Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation, Mastopexy. Our 34-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat plastic surgery that would restore her breasts to a more natural and shaplier look after having two children. Following Dr. Tehrani’s recommendation, she underwent a bilateral wise mastopexy, also known as a breast life with an anchor scar (an incision that’s made around the areola, down to the fold of the breast, and horizontally across the bottom of the breast). Our patient now has perkier and more natural looking breasts.
