Breast Lift - Patient BEFORE & AFTER
Procedure Description
This 41-year-old female patient was concerned with the shape of her breasts and wanted to correct the appearance of her nipples pointing downward. Sagging tissue or the loss of volume can change the appearance of the breasts and the position and shape of the areolas. The appearance of nipples pointing downward or sitting below a breast crease might be a sign that a patient needs a breast lift.
Following her consultation with Dr. Tehrani which included a thorough medical examination and discussion of her issues and concerns, Dr. Tehrani recommended our patient to undergo a breast lift. A breast lift (mastopexy) is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts and rejuvenate the figure with a breast profile that is youthful and uplifted. Breast lifts can also reduce the size of the areola (the dark area surrounding the nipple) if they have stretched or begun pointing downward as our patient’s had.
A successful breast lift procedure was performed on the patient, and after a full recovery, she is very happy with her results. Dr. Kevin Tehrani, Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS is an expert breast surgeon and has performed hundreds of successful breast lifts.
