Bilateral Breast Reduction and Liposuction of the Axilla. This 42-year old patient required liposuction of the axilla to remove excess tissue and reduce excessive axillary sweating under the armpits. After consultation with Dr. Tehrani, our patient had a wise pattern reduction mammoplasty (reduction with lift) performed by Dr. Tehrani to reduce the size of her enlarged breasts, creating more symmetry for a smaller profile and to provide more lift.
