Breast Reduction. Our 45-year old female patient underwent a breast reduction surgical procedure to correct sagging and drooping breasts that needed more shape and lifting. Dr. Tehrani performed liposuction of breast tissue to remove excess fat and give them more shape and perkiness. He also repositioned the nipples and areola to give them a more distinctive appearance. Her postoperative plan included an endermologie (cellulite treatment). Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and became Chief Resident in General Surgery during his residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Tehrani holds the academic position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps.
