Breast Reduction. This 51-year old female patient underwent wise pattern bilateral breast reduction mammoplasty to correct her much enlarged and out-of-shape shape breasts. Prior to surgery, skin changes and constant inflammation at the bra straps due to heavy breasts were her primary complaints.
