Eyelid Surgery, Upper Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) and Brow Lift. Our 25-year-old male patient underwent bilateral upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). The patient came to Aristocrat Plastic Surgery to consult with Dr. Tehrani to get some adivce on what he should do about the “mad” look he always seemed to have because of the look of his brow and eyelids. After a physical examination, Dr. Tehrani recommended having an endoscopic brow lift using endotine implants and upper blepharoplasty. Three months after his procedure and healing, our patient was thrilled with his results. He felt like a man who didn’t look “mad” all the time.
