This 34-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat’s Great Neck, Long Island office seeeking cosmetic surgery to improve the look of her face and open up her eyes. In the case of our patient, she was experiencing upper eyelid sagging, which can affect some people as they age. In her initial consultation with Dr. Tehrani, she was given a recommendation to undergo an upper blepharoplasty procedure.



Cosmetic eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is a procedure that corrects drooping upper eyelids and puffy bags under the eyes by removing excess fat, skin, and muscle from the area.
