This 34 year old female patient underwent a lateral tension abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction of the flanks and back and a fat transfer to the breasts. She was bothered by the appearance of her abdomen and breasts, wishing for a flatter, more contoured stomach and shaplier cleavage.
