Neck Liposuction and Fat Injections to Face. This 42-year-old female patient underwent neck liposuction procedure to create a more defined and sculpted contour to her chin and neck as well as fat injections to her nasolabial folds and malar region on her face. The patient had a weak looking chin line that needed to look more trim and defined. After her consultation with Dr. Tehrani, she had a limited neck liposuction procedure performed to remove some small pockets of fat around her neck, followed by some neck contouring to create a smooth and more detined jaw line. The fat that was removed from her neck and double chin, was then placed back into her face for added volume that was lost due to aging. Dr. Tehrani has performed countless successful liposuction procedures on his patients. Every procedure is highly customized based on the patient’s anatomy and how they wish to look. He evaluates each patient carefully and devises a surgical plan that uses the technology of liposuction to recontour the face, neck, or body.
