Tummy Tuck, Abdominoplasty, Flank Liposuction, Liposcution. This 35-year-old female patient had a petite figure, but was unhappy with the look of her lower abdominal sagging skin. Dr. Tehrani suggested undergoing an abdominoplasty procedure to correct the issue. In many cases, abdominoplasty procedures are combined ith liposuction of the flanks to remove excess fat, but in the case of our patient, Dr. Tehrani did not fell that the procedure was necessary because the patient already had a small waistline.
