Tummy Tuck, Mini Tummy Tuck, Mini Abdominoplasty. This 33-year-old female patient underwent a mini tummy abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and an umbilical hernia repair. Our patient had three children via c-section birth, which left her with extreme rectus diastasis, which is the separation of the abdominal muscles. With her weight being only 102 pounds, she was unable to have a flat tummy because of her diastasis recti. Following the mini tummy tuck, Dr. Tehrani fixed her diastasis recti and the patient was left to her pleasure with a nice, flat tummy.
