Tummy Tuck - Patient 41819 BEFORE & AFTER
Procedure Description
Tummy Tuck, Abdominoplasty, Flank Liposuction, Liposuction, Thigh Liposuction. This 32-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat looking to get her pre-baby body back, after having two children — both via c-section birth. She was looking to have an abdominal contouring procedure to get rid of her extra hanging lower abdominal skin, also known as a pannis. Following Dr. Tehrani’s recommendation, she underwent a lateral tension abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), a bilateral flank liposuction, and a laser liposuction of the medial thighs. The Lateral Tension Abdominoplasty (LTA) uses a bikini line or low incision and allows Dr. Tehrani to tighten the entire abdominal area, including the upper thighs. Excess skin is removed, and liposuction is performed to remove excess fat. The abdominal muscles are also tightened during the procedure. A bilateral flank liposuction procedure commonly removes undesirable love handles, which addressed our patient’s extra hanging lower abdominal skin. After her recovery and post-op, our patient was happy with the look of her body, and felt like she had her pre-birth body back.
