Our 29-year old female patient had a tummy tuck procedure performed by another surgeon a year prior to coming to Aristocrat and she was not happy with her results. She felt that the scar that was left from her previous surgery was too high and showed through her bikini. She was also unhappy with her hip dips. Dr. Tehrani recommended that she undergo a secondary revision lateral tension abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks, and an autologous fat transfer to the bilateral lateral gluteal region. This procedure is also known as a tummy tuck revision with liposuction and fat transfer to her hip dip area. Following the procedure, the patient was very happy with her more shaplier body.
