I’m a 35 year old male and have been working out in the gym for a while now trying to get a six pack but despite the exercise and diet it’s been so difficult. I then decided to look into getting 360 liposuction. After doing some research I stumbled upon Dr. Tehrani’s YouTube channel. I went through every single video, along with reviews and I noticed there was a lot of people having positive results. Therefore I decided to come in for an appointment. After meeting with Dr. Tehrani I knew right away I wanted to move forward so I paid my deposit and book a surgery date! The surgery went smoothly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Recovery wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be – I went back to work three days later. Now i’m 3 months post-op and am feeling great! I’m very happy with my results. Despite minor swelling which Dr. Tehrani said would go away very soon, I’m already seeing my six pack come through. I would highly recommend Dr. Tehrani to any men (or women) that would be interested in undergoing a procedure. I encourage all men who are thinking about undergoing plastic surgery to go forward because it was the best decision I’ve made!
Dr T did my breast implants 2013, I was impressed by how pristine the surgical suite was, and that someone by my side the whole time and into recovery. Later that evening one of the nurses called to check on me at home. The following morning, Dr T himself called to check on my recovery status. Included in the surgery cost was 3 day, 10 day and 3 week follow up appointments. Some time later I had a uncontrollable complication where my breast encapsulated the implant. A form of rejection by my body. My chest muscle tightened around the implant and was painful as well as becoming disfiguring. Dr T and his staff tried deep massages and other regular treatments to halt and revert the muscle, before I asked for capsulotomy surgery. It was very important to Dr T that I was happy with how I looked and felt. I was given the same superb care the second surgery and have now become a regular client for botox, lips, ultherapy, cool sculpting, laser tattoo removal, etc. I am grateful for Dr T, Tara and Louisa’s soft and natural looking approach with these treatments, to get the youthful results I desired and not look like I had any work done.

This is my second time coming to Aristocrat. The staff is always kind and welcoming, it doesn’t feel like a business. I have been seen by Trish both times for injectables. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She provides honest answers, makes reccomendations based on what you want and what is best for you. Due to the both great experiences I’ve had, I will definitely be back!

I go here once a month for Fraxel with Louisa. Love her! I also met Dr Tehrani last Thursday because he did my procedure. He’s easy to talk to and he knows exactly what I need and want. Even my ENT doctor in manhattan knows him and trusts that I’ll be in good hands.
